To celebrate our Star Anise Masala Chai having just received a 2020 sofi™ Bronze award, here's a recipe for you: Star Anise Honey Chai Latte ! Ingredients: 4 oz whole milk 4 oz hot water 1-2 tsp honey ¼ tsp (rounded) Star Anise Masala Chai powder Directions: In a saucepan, warm 4 oz organic whole milk.� Whisk if you like it foamy. In a mug add 4 oz hot water, rounded ¼ tsp Blue Lotus Chai – Star Anise Masala Chai and stir. Add warmed milk and 1-2 tsp local organic honey. Sweeten till the spices ‘pop’. Sprinkle with a touch of Star Anise Masala Chai! Makes one 8 oz cup.
