Happy National Vegan Day! To celebrate, we came up with a quick and easy plant-based recipe using Blue Lotus Chai: Overnight Chai Chia Pudding! Simple to make, delicious, with a hint of chai to make it pop. Enjoy!
Overnight Chai Chia Pudding
¼ Cup Chia Seeds
¾ Cup Oat/Nut Milk
¼ Cup Chai Concentrate (¼ Cup Boiling Water + 2 ¼ tsp scoops of Blue Lotus Traditional Masala Chai)
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl, mix, and refrigerate for two-five hours, or overnight then enjoy! This will last in a refrigerator for up to seven days.
