World Vegan Day – Recipe

Happy National Vegan Day! To celebrate, we came up with a quick and easy plant-based recipe using Blue Lotus Chai: Overnight Chai Chia Pudding! Simple to make, delicious, with a hint of chai to make it pop. Enjoy!⁠

Overnight Chai Chia Pudding⁠
¼ Cup Chia Seeds⁠
¾ Cup Oat/Nut Milk⁠
¼ Cup Chai Concentrate (¼ Cup Boiling Water + 2 ¼ tsp scoops of Blue Lotus Traditional Masala Chai)⁠
2 tsp Maple Syrup ⁠
1 tsp Vanilla Extract ⁠

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl, mix, and refrigerate for two-five hours, or overnight then enjoy! This will last in a refrigerator for up to seven days. ⁠
