Vegan Sugar-Free Chai Nog (Chai Eggnog)
Ingredients
In a 12oz jar:
- 2 Tbsp hot water
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup – or your favorite sugar alternative
- ½ tsp Blue Lotus Chai
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp salt
Shake, then add:
- 3.5 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 6 oz cashew milk (or any plant-based milk you love)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Start by adding maple syrup (or chosen sweetener), hot water, chai, cinnamon, allspice, and salt in a 12oz jar. Twist on the lid and shake until incorporated.
