Mix it with our favorite choice, Fever Tree Ginger Beer - a premium ginger beer made with three different types of ginger - giving it a full-bodied and distinctive flavor. Gingerbread Chai Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- ⅔ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup unsulphured molasses (not blackstrap)
- 2 tsp Blue Lotus Chai
- 1 tsp fresh orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine water, ginger, sugar, molasses, and chai powder.
- Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the sugar.
- Remove from heat and stir in your orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Steep for 15 minutes to deepen the flavors, then strain and allow to cool completely (2 hours to overnight recommended).

Gingerbread Chai Mule Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 2 oz gingerbread chai simple syrup
- Juice of one lime
- 4-6 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- Orange peel, lime slice, and cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a copper mug with ice
- Add 2 oz of gingerbread chai syrup
- Add lime juice
- Top off with ginger beer, about 4-6 oz
- Garnish with an orange peel and a cinnamon stick for aroma
