This is one of our favorites for a cold winter day, after skiing or sledding! You can also add a dash of cayenne for some kick, if you like it extra spicy.

* We recommend Traditional, Mandarin & Mint Masala Chai for this recipe.


  • 1 tsp of your favorite Blue Lotus Chai*

  • 3 T unsweetened cacao

  • 4 c. milk of choice

  • 3-4 tsp sweetener of choice

  • 2 dashes cinnamon

  • Optional - dash of cayenne


Makes 4 servings.

Warm your milk of choice. Add Blue Lotus Chai,cacao andcinnamon. Add a dash of cayenne if you like it spicy. Whisk and stir. Sweeten to taste with desired sweetener. Top off with Blue Lotus Chai-infusedwhipped cream, a sprinkle of chai or cacao, and enjoy!
