 Shipping Policy

We ship to all addresses within the United States, Including Hawaii and Alaska. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee that will be applied at checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times for standard shipping, and expedited shipping only guarantees a faster delivery time once the package has left our facility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

  • We offer free standard shipping via USPS for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Our standard shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination zip code. The cost for expedited shipping will vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination zip code. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the carrier's website.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier or shipping address inaccuracies provided by customers.  
  • While rare, inventory errors, out of stocks, or unforeseen circumstances may cause the processing time to be extended. You will be notified by email as soon as we become aware of any delays.

Please note: orders placed over the holidays may take a few extra business days to arrive due to increased volume of orders and periodic seasonal delays in shipping with most major carriers. If you are looking to purchase our chai as a gift around the winter holidays, we suggest ordering early to ensure you receive your chai well before any major holidays.


Shipping to PO & APO/FPO Boxes
Orders addressed to PO or APO/FPO Boxes can only be shipped via USPS

  • If shipping to a US Post Office Box, please be sure to select “USPS” as your shipping carrier at checkout.


Canceling or Modifying an Order
If you email us and we are able to catch your order before our fulfillment team does, we will try our best to help you out. Reach us at contact us here.

If your order has already shipped, we are not able to offer any modifications or cancellations


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception; if items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please photograph the condition as it arrived contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right - whether by refunding you, or sending you a replacement.


Refund Policy
We pride ourselves in blending our award-winning Chai with the highest quality ingredients and Love.  We love to drink it and are pleased with the knowledge that so many others love it as well.  If you don’t love our chai, please visit our contact us page and let us know why.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be received within 30 days from the original order date.
  • We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than 30 days after original order receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our items or gift cards. Since our Chai is a perishable food product, we do not accept product back into our facility for safety precautions.
