Shipping Options & Costs

We ship to all lower 48 states via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally, however, we hope to soon.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the US including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders under $100 will be assessed shipping and handling fees based on the current and prevailing USPS and UPS rates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received, and typically ship within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. A second order notification email will be sent when your order ships.

While rare, inventory errors, out of stocks, or unforeseen circumstances may cause the processing time to be extended. You will be notified by email as soon as we become aware of any delays.

Please note orders placed over the holidays may take a few extra business days to arrive due to increased volume of orders and periodic seasonal delays in shipping with most major carriers. If you are looking to purchase our chai as a gift around the winter holidays, we suggest ordering early to ensure you receive your chai well before any major holidays.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes

If shipping to a US Post Office Box, please be sure to select “USPS” as your shipping carrier at checkout.

International Orders & VAT

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blue Lotus Chai Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
