The Best Mojito Recipe Reimagined With Blue Lotus Chai

Alright folks, it’s officially mid-simmer and for most of us that means it’s REALLY hot! When the heat feels inescapable, I am constantly on the search for a yummy iced drink as a little treat for being so brave.

A refreshing mocktail is the perfect choice for me, because it feels indulgent and fancy but still healthy! Now the question is, how do you keep the fun in a Mojito without the alcohol? I would have to say some Blue Lotus Chai does the job.

Or if you’re in the mood for a little extra relaxation, you can easily turn this into a chai cocktail recipe by adding a splash of white rum. (Scroll to the bottom to find the recipe)

Refresh and Unwind with a Chai Mojito Mocktail

Traditionally, mojitos consist of rum, sugar, mint, lime, and soda water. We reimagined this classic with a spicy twist – a quick and easy chai simple syrup made with Blue Lotus Chai’s instant masala chai mix.

Our chai brings in hints of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves – giving this summer chai drink an energizing, earthy depth that pairs beautifully with fresh mint and lime. It’s a drink that wakes up your senses and is a perfect way to cool down after a day in the garden, or a long afternoon bike ride. This recipe can also be batched for a picnic, potluck or party!
