Golden Pumpkin Chai Latte Recipe 🍁✨

A Cozy, Caffeine-Free Fall Favorite

Fall is here, and that means it’s time for one of our favorite seasonal recipes to make its return — the Golden Pumpkin Chai Latte! This cozy drink combines the comforting flavors of caramelized pumpkin, brown sugar, and warming chai spices for the ultimate autumn treat. Best of all, it’s 100% caffeine-free, so you can sip it any time of day.

What Makes This Pumpkin Chai Latte Unforgettable?

The secret is simple but an absolute must: caramelized pumpkin.
By cooking down the pumpkin puree, minimizing its water content, you’re left with a rich, concentrated pumpkin flavor. A touch of brown sugar and allspice helps it caramelize beautifully, creating a naturally sweet, deeply spiced base for your chai latte. It’s simple, but seriously transformative— your chai latte will taste like it came straight from a café.

Why We Love It

This recipe features our Golden Rooibos Masala Chai, a naturally caffeine-free blend of organic rooibos tea, turmeric and maca root, and our signature blend of masala spice. It’s grounding, gently spiced, and pairs perfectly with the sweet, earthy flavors of pumpkin. Whether you’re curling up with a book or sharing a cup with friends, this drink is pure autumn comfort.

Make It Your Own

  • For extra creaminess: use coconut milk or froth up some half and half.

  • For a little sparkle: top with cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, or edible gold dust if you're feeling fancy.

  • For an iced version: let it cool and pour over ice for a refreshing twist.
