Keto-Friendly Chai Golden Milk Latte

All the goodness of golden milk, with an added kick. Made with Blue Lotus Chai's own Golden Masala Chai.


  • Rounded ¼ teaspoon Golden Masala Chai
  • 3 ounces hot water
  • 2½ ounces coconut milk
  • 2½ ounces almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1-3 teaspoons sweetener


Makes 1 serving.

  • 1. In a saucepan, warm and stir coconut milk, almond milk, and MCT oil.

  • 2. Whisk if you like it foamy. 

  • 3. In a mug add hot water, Golden Masala Chai, and your favorite keto-friendly sweetener.

  • 4. Sweeten until the spices pop.
  • 5. Add milk foam from saucepan to top off mug.
