
Chai Pistachio Quick Bread
We love this quick bread which was created by one of our team members. It's a wonderful addition for parties and holidays.

Star Anise Masala Chai
Mandarin Masala Chai
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 rounded Tablespoon your favorite Blue Lotus Chai*
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cups ground chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
Directions
Makes 1 loaf of 8-10 servings.- 1. Preheat oven at 350º.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix egg white, eggs, maple syrup, honey, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, Blue Lotus Chai*, salt, coconut flour, baking soda, and chia seeds.
- 4. Place parchment paper on bottom of a bread pan, or grease with butter or coconut oil.
- 5. Gently combine ingredients together. When mixed well, pour into bread pan.
- 6. Bake for 25 minutes.
Topping Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Blue Lotus Chai*
Topping Directions
- 1. Mix topping ingredients. When bread is done baking, brush on top.
- 2. Sprinkle with pistachios.
- 3. Place back in oven for 10 minutes.
- 4. After 10 minutes, take out - toppings should be brown.
- 5. Cool and serve.
