Traditional Masala Chai
Mandarin Masala Chai
- 2 teaspoons Blue Lotus Chai*
- 1 quart apple cider
- Optional - for extra sweetness add 2-4 teaspoons local honey
DirectionsMakes 8 servings.
Heat cider in a large sauce pan, but don't bring to boil. When warm, add Blue Lotus Chai and stir.
