Chai Spiced Cider

Children and adults will love this fall, winter, or holiday treat.

*The varieties we recommend for this recipe are:
Traditional Masala Chai
Mandarin Masala Chai


  • 2 teaspoons Blue Lotus Chai*
  • 1 quart apple cider
  • Optional - for extra sweetness add 2-4 teaspoons local honey


Makes 8 servings.

Heat cider in a large sauce pan, but don't bring to boil. When warm, add Blue Lotus Chai and stir.
